I know, you’re very, very busy. There aren’t enough hours in the day to get your regular work done, let alone trying to get ahead so you can finally get a day off. Once you do get a day off it will most likely be spent catching up on housework. So why would you bother trying to make time for meditating when you are so busy?

How to meditate
There’s nothing to it really. Find a comfortable place where you can lie down or sit down and ensure that all electrical and electronic devices are switched off. This includes your phone, I know you want to keep it on but you will only be fooling yourself, turn off your phone. Sit down or lie down and try to get into a comfortable position. Try to clear your mind of all thoughts. Don’t worry if you can’t do this part the first few times but do try your best to eliminate all thoughts. Now just concentrate on your breathing. Feel the deep breaths as they go in and out of your lungs. Continue to focus only on your breathing. Do this for about 10 minutes each day and watch your life improve by leaps-and-bounds in no time.If you’re a regular reader of the site, please consider supporting my efforts so I can continue to deliver content.
